Dave began serving at Geyer Springs in 1992. During his tenure, he has served in many roles including his current one as Lead Pastor; since 2016, he has been responsible for faithfully preaching God’s Word and championing the church’s God-given mission, values, and strategy. He and his wife, Louanne, have 3 grown children, Sarah, Jordan, and Anna Grace, and 11 grandchildren.

Brad joined the pastoral staff at Geyer Springs in 2017. During his service to the Lord at Geyer Springs, he has served as the Children’s Pastor and currently as the Discipleship Pastor. He and his wife, Katie, have 1 grown daughter, Emily.

Jon has been part of the Geyer Springs family since 2001 and leads our Worship and Media teams. He and his wife, Laura, have three children - Cole, Anna Claire, and Adilyn.

In May 2026, Paul joined the staff of Geyer Springs First Baptist Church as Executive Pastor, where he oversees the financial and administrative operations of the church. With more than 30 years of ministry experience, he has served in a variety of ministry roles, most recently serving as Senior Pastor for the past 16 years. Paul and his wife, Missy, have three adult children — MiKayla, Noah, and Hannah — and one granddaughter.
