Your faithful week-to-week giving has provided funds for us to help countless people in our community, support missions around the world, and disciple our own church family in these challenging times. As the end of 2020 approaches, we hope you will help us finish well! You can give through one of several ways: cash, check, online, or gifts of non-cash assets. In response to the impact of COVID-19, the U.S. government has created a tax break for 2020 removing limits for deducting charitable gifts. Please feel free to contact the church office if you have questions. All gifts must be postmarked, dropped off at the church office, or given online by midnight December 31 to receive IRS contribution credit for 2020.
NOTE: To give to multiple funds, please select one fund and give your desired amount, then you will be able to give to another fund on the confirmation screen without needing to reenter your information.
Thank you for your willingness to give to Geyer Springs First Baptist Church as we work to further the Kingdom of God.
Giving online is a simple and efficient way to give your tithes and offerings from the privacy of your home.
When you begin recurring giving, you are deciding in advance to give faithfully. You can give as an auto draft from your checking or savings account, which is the suggested online giving method, or by credit or debit card.
If you choose to give by credit or debit card, we ask that you not give in a way that would cause you to be in debt on your card.
An auto draft from your checking or savings account means you never have to worry about remembering to write your tithe and offering check, even if you are out of town.
God set the ultimate example of giving by the sacrificial gift of His own Son (Ephesians 5:2). It is our responsibility to be good stewards of those resources and give back to the Lord a portion of them, however He may lead.
“’Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,’ says the LORD Almighty, ‘and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it.’”(Malachi 3:10)
