Refresh is a ministry with the sole purpose of connecting and renewing moms in central Arkansas. We desire to be a village of mothers helping women navigate the different stages of motherhood in a biblical way from baby bumps to caps and gowns.
Refresh is a place to find other mothers who are walking your same path and mothers who have been there. Our hope is you will be pointed to Jesus at every step of the way as He is the one who can truly refresh your spirit.

WEEKLY STUDY:

What happens at Refresh?
At our monthly and weekly meetings, we will focus on material that helps us grow in our walk with God as His daughters, and as mothers.
THURSDAYS: Each month, you can expect to see a friendly face when you walk through the door, guiding you to dinner ready to eat! (That you didn’t have to make!) A different speaker will lead us each month, followed by a time of small groups at your table, and some extra wisdom provided from our Mentor Moms (seasoned moms who no longer have children in their homes).
TUESDAYS: Each week, you will be greeted with a snack-breakfast (& COFFEE!) ready for you! We will travel between books, Bible studies, and just real-Mom talk each week.
Who can attend Refresh?
Refresh is for moms from the time they are pregnant, fostering, or adopting that first sweet baby, till your last baby is a senior in high school. In order to keep this a comfortable, free space for moms to share and encourage one another, we ask that attendees not bring others outside of these parameters, i.e. teenage daughters, spouses, etc.
Where and when does Refresh meet?
Refresh has multiple meeting options. We meet monthly – (typically) every second Thursday of the month – from 6:00pm - 8:00pm and weekly – every Tuesday – from 9:30am - 11:00am. You may choose to attend one, the other, or both!
Refresh monthly gatherings meet in the Venue, located on the second level of the church. You will enter the Main Lobby doors and be greeted by a friendly face to help you find us!
Do you provide something for my children?
Yes! For Tuesday mornings: we provide childcare from birth - preK in our preschool area.
For Thursday evenings: we provide childcare from birth-5th grade.
Children birth-Kindergarten will meet in the Preschool Area, while children 1st-5th grade will meet in the Children’s Game Area.
Children joining us on Thursday nights will be fed a dinner of chicken strips, chips, and dessert each month – if you would prefer to bring a different dinner for your child, just let us know!
