How did you come to know Jesus?
Tori grew up in Little Rock and while at church camp really felt the tug of needing to be saved at the age of 11. She thought she was already saved, but during camp she was led to the Lord by a family friend. At that moment she knew she had not accepted Jesus into her heart before, but now felt the joy that confirmed she was now a child of God.
What is your favorite thing about your job?
Working with my great co-workers that pray together and encourage each other.

I was a College Ping Pong champion for 2 years

Once in college, I had my hair colored in a speech class (a demonstrative speech), but what was to be the color of brown turned out to be somewhat green.

How did you come to know Jesus?
Kim grew up in Little Rock and prayed to receive Christ as her Lord and Savior at age 5. She really began growing in my faith in the 7th grade when she started attending Geyer Springs and was intentionally discipled. She knows had she not experienced Christ's love and forgiveness through His Word and His people at such an early age that her life would look drastically different today. She is committed to following Him and serving Him in faith for her whole life.

How did you come to know Jesus?
Billy grew up in Mabelvale and was saved and baptized at 13 in a little church in Shannon Hills. He was blessed to have parents that took him to church from an early age and they instilled in him the Gospel, for which I am forever grateful! His favorite verse is Isaiah 6:8, "And I heard the voice of the Lord saying, 'Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?'" Then he said, "Here am I! Send me."
What is your favorite thing about your job?
If you can call it a 'job'... Telling stories of how Jesus changes lives! Oh, and the travel aspect isn't awful either...

I've met and shook the hands of 4 presidents (Carter, HW Bush, GW Bush & Clinton) at one event.

He sat in on a service with his parents one Sunday instead of going to kids' church and his pastor spoke on Jesus' life, death, and resurrection. God used that sermon to speak to him, and after a week of thinking on it he went to his parents the next Sunday morning and they helped him understand what it meant to follow Christ. He made the decision then to make Him Lord of his life.
What is your favorite thing about your job?

How did you come to know Jesus?
Jon was raised in Russellville and in a christian home with his family attending church weekly. At the age of 7, he attended a revival at Park Hill Baptist Church in NLR, and it was at that point when he clearly understood what God had done for him through His Son, Jesus Christ. That night he went home and dialogued more with his parents and asked Christ to be the Lord of his life. He was in his second year of college at Arkansas Tech University when he realized that God was calling him into ministry in the local church.
What is your favorite thing about your job?
I love seeing people engage in worship. There are certain worship songs/lyrics that really resonate with people because of the circumstances in their life. When you happen to know some of those circumstances and you see their response through worship, whether it's a hymn, psalm or a spiritual song, it's pretty awesome to be a part of. Even those that you have no clue about their story but you see the joy of their salvation overflowing as they worship... again, pretty awesome!

I ran off a mountain and paraglided in the Swiss Alps.

How did you come to know Jesus?
Growing up at GSFBC, Adam describes himself as a religious, proud, arrogant, and apathetic teenager on church trip to Colorado with no intention to worship on the trip - he just wanted to have fun with his friends. Sitting on the back row he heard the Gospel presented and was broken by his sin. In full awareness of who God was/is he ran in fear. When he stopped, he realized God's love through Christ and he fully submitted his life over to Him. It wasn't until 4 years later that he publicly professed his salvation through believer's baptism.
What is your favorite thing about your job?
Witnessing life change.

How did you come to know Jesus?
Toni grew up in Little River County, AR and her mom faithfully took her and her brother to church. She was raised to know that Jesus loved her, but as a child she saw that in the context of "in spite of herself not being as good as everyone else." As a teenager she recognized that Jesus loved her in spite of her sin which every other person on earth has a problem with. No one is perfect except Him. She confessed her sin and surrendered her life to Jesus.

In high school, the Holy Spirit drew him to a small church where he heard the Gospel. He realized that he was dead in his sins and deserved the wrath of God but also learned that God, rich in His mercy and grace, punished Christ in his place upon the cross. It was then he turned from his sins and placed his faith in Christ for salvation.

How did you come to know Jesus?
Brandy grew up in Southwest Little Rock and was saved at 9. She realized my responsibility as a Christian at around 15 and has been stumbling and growing ever since.
What is your favorite thing about your job?
The people!

How did you come to know Jesus?
A native of Jacksonville, Arkansas, Casey grew up in church and at the age of 10 I understood his need for a Savior. He asked Jesus into his heart, and begin pursuing him. When he was 19 years old he accepted God's calling him into Ministry.
What is your favorite thing about your job?
I love the opportunity I has to make impacts in the lives of those in our community. My hope is bring light into a dark world.

My family is trying to tent camp in every state park in Arkansas.

Through the trials, I came to know God as my rock, refuge, and strength. I felt the call into ministry when I was 16. God has truly showed me His faithfulness and grace!

Getting to minister to middle schoolers and impacting their lives.

I'm allergic to strawberries and I don't like ham, but love bacon.

Dave began serving at Geyer Springs in 1992. During his tenure, he has served in many roles including his current one as Lead Pastor; since 2016, he has been responsible for faithfully preaching God’s Word and championing the church’s God-given mission, values, and strategy. He and his wife, Louanne, have 3 grown children, Sarah, Jordan, and Anna Grace, and 8 grandchildren.

Jason has been with Geyer Springs for fourteen years and oversees the day-to-day operations and ministries of the church. He and his wife Brooke have four children - Gavin, Caleb, Lily, and Sawyer.
Discipleship Pastor
Curtis came to Geyer Springs at the end of 2014 and leads our Discipleship team which includes adults, children and students. He and his wife, Shelly have three kids - Caleb, Anna, and Daniel.
Worship Pastor
Jon has been part of the Geyer Springs family since 2001 and leads our Worship and Media teams. He and his wife, Laura have three children - Cole, Anna Claire, and Adilyn.
